Spa Etiquette

Check In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first service to give yourself the necessary time to complete any health forms and / or consultation time.

To avoid disappointment, please be on time. If you are late, it will result in a shortend appointment, allowing our staff to take their next scheduled appointment on time.

Cancellation

In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we do require at least 48 hours notice. This is a courtesy to the staff member and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of another client.

Gratuities

If you wish to leave a gratuity after your service, it is accepted and very much appreciated for a job well done. Gratuities are left to the discretion of the guest and are not included in our prices.
